The brothers Luc and Wout de Wit are the founders of JOINN! In four years time, they completely designed the concept and provided it with its unique DNA and experience. The JOINN! team is managed by our manager Sandra.

JOINN! stands for Meet, Lounge & Short Stay. You will feel at home with us. In a relaxed atmosphere we bring together various guests, with a smile. Our open attitude ensures that we take your wishes into consideration. Be welcome and be surprised!

The realization of an innovative and leading Hospitality concept, in which we want to connect different (international) target groups under one roof.
Sustainable and engaged business
At JOINN! sustainable and engaged entrepreneurship are of paramount importance. In addition to the fact that the location was upgraded from energy label C to A+ during the redevelopment in 2015, we have implemented the following sustainability measures:
our hot shower water for our City Lofts is generated by the sun on our own roof we use 100% green energy the cleaning products we use are natural and biodegradable we separate our waste streams where possible we offer a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options we encourage our guests to use public transport as much as possible
History
In 2013, Luc (concept developer) and Wout (architect) were approached by a commercial broker. With the question whether they could see opportunities for an office location in the center of Houten that had been vacant for a long time. At that time, Luc and Wout had already transformed a number of vacant offices into homes.
